Your participation in the Affiliate Media Appearance Program shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-
(i) You agree that AcneClear7Days shall be entitled to use, and authorise the use by AcneClear7Days of your images, photographs, data and/or recordings or any other materials featuring you at any time and in any manner for the purpose of general publicity in relation to AcneClear7Days, its products and services, and that the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to any of such film/drama/video clips and all publicity material in whatsoever manner shall belong to AcneClear7Days absolutely.
(ii) You further agree that the Company may authorise the use of such material by third parties, as long as their use is tied to the AcneClear7Days brand. By accepting the terms of this Media Appearance Agreement, you are agreeable for AcneClear7Days to collect, use, disclose and/or process all your personal data related to the Media Appearance (“Personal Data Collection”).
